Shipping within Malaysia
West Malaysia: Free standard shipping for orders above MYR130. Orders below MYR130 incur an MYR12 shipping fee.
East Malaysia: Free standard shipping for orders above MYR200. Orders below MYR200 incur an MYR20 shipping fee.

Delivery is via Ninja Van or EasyParcel. Processing and delivery take 2–5 days for West Malaysia and 4–7 days for East Malaysia.

Please provide a valid physical address. We cannot ship to PO boxes, government addresses, or military bases. Ensure all addresses are correct, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

All orders include full tracking via email and a complimentary Cloura™ dustbag. One dustbag per order unless multiple items require additional bags.

Shipping rates, delivery times, and customs fees vary by country. Processing takes 2–5 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs clearance. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
