Shipping within Malaysia

• West Malaysia: Free standard shipping for orders above MYR130. Orders below MYR130 incur an MYR12 shipping fee.

• East Malaysia: Free standard shipping for orders above MYR200. Orders below MYR200 incur an MYR20 shipping fee.

Delivery is via Ninja Van or EasyParcel. Processing and delivery will take 2–5 days for West Malaysia, and 4–7 days for East Malaysia. We aim to get your Cloura™ pieces to you as quickly as possible.

Please note: We cannot ship to PO boxes, government addresses, or military bases. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery. Ensure all addresses are correct, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

All orders include full tracking from dispatch to arrival via email.

Each online order receives a complimentary Cloura™ dustbag, suitable for storing your items or repurposing. One dustbag per order unless needed to fit multiple items.

• Standard shipping: Flat rate of SGD9.50 (~RM30).

Delivery is via EasyParcel. Processing and delivery takes 3–7 business days, including customs clearance.
